What do they do outside of the course?
I’m a father of two fantastic children, run a mental health organisation, play in a local band, am a Scout leader and spend lots of time dressed as a Ghostbuster!
How long they have been involved with the course?
This is lost in the depths of time, let’s just say in the 80s…
What is their favourite thing about Wessex?
You’re never alone at Wessex, I made friends on the course 30 years ago who are still my friends.
What has been their favourite Wessex moment?
As a youngster I loved the impromptu gigs at the Saxon Inn. In the 90s it was the concert in the Bournemouth Winter Garden with real fireworks for the 1812. In more recent years, playing in the reunion band for the 50th anniversary.
What are their hopes for the future of the course?
That it continues to bring fun, friendship and laughter to music.
